When I look at UTI’s or Urinary Tract Infections with my high sense perception, I usually see a red inflamed area around the bladder and urethra, but it usually spreads out into the pelvic floor indicating an emotional cause along with a physical infection.
For instance, about a month ago I received a request from a young woman with chronic bladder infections that could not be cured by any drug or alternative medicine. When I requested permission to look inside her body, my hands dropped down into her pelvic floor and I felt a strong pain. The first words out of my mouth were, ‘Ouch, this really hurts!” Then I combined my feeling hands with my vision and saw long, black needles stabbing her bladder from all directions indicating a core wound was up for her. I asked her a simple question, ‘Who hurt you?’ She started to cry. I encouraged her to stay with her emotional wave to release all the hurt that she held in her body.
While she spoke about years of painful experiences, tears poured down her cheeks and the red energy moved slowly up her body into her heart releasing the deepest wound of being molested as a little girl. So, I invited her adult self to sit with this little child to re-experience the memory and give her the protection and healing needed. Then the adult took the little one to a safe place and helped her scoop out the memory replacing it with love, nurturing, and her long-lost teddy bear. After they completed this healing process together, I notice the painful red energy and long black needles began to disappear in her pelvic floor.
Once this form of psychic surgery was complete, I instructed the adult to invite the little one to jump inside her heart where she would be protected and loved forever. But I did mention to the adult it might be a wise idea to get a Teddy Bear similar to the one she had as a child and set it in a prominent place in her home to remind her of this healing process.
UTI: Bladder Infection Solutions
I remember in my younger years that burning sensation with the frequent need to ‘go’ right now which indicated signs of urinary tract infections. But this type of infection can happen to males or females, these infections are caused by a bacterium that enters the urethra and travels up to the bladder where they happily multiply in a nice warm environment.
What I discovered over time was that more than 90% of all UTIs are caused by E. coli or Escherichia coli, a type of bacteria that is easily relocated from other parts of the body to this area. It may also come from other bacterias known as Proteus Mirabilis, Staphylococcus Saprophyticus, Staphylococcus Epidermidis, and Klebsiella Pneumonia.
Once a bladder infection develops it may spread causing a frequent need to urinate, pain in the pelvic floor, and a release of a small amount of urine with a full feeling in the bladder. Urine may also appear milky or tinged with blood and soreness in the back, lower abdomen or sides can also occur. If left untreated, the bacteria may move up to the kidneys causing infection, chills, fever, nausea, and vomiting.
Sometimes these bacterias stay in the bladder eating at the walls creating what looks like a black mold or a large burn area that I see with my inner vision and if left unchecked, could lead to more serious illnesses.
Natural treatments are helpful to prevent bladder infections but once the bacteria has taken hold, the elimination of all sugar will stop its growth and symptoms may subside.
But if the UTI persists, unsweetened, organic cranberry concentrate (https://reverendwanda.com/product-page/#row8) is usually the first well-known remedy to drink to wash out the infection because the cranberry contains flavonoids which have a strong antibacterial effect.
Boiron ‘Cantharis’ 30c (https://reverendwanda.com/product-page/#row8) is also a quick-acting homeopathic remedy that can be taken under the tongue to support the body in reversing the symptoms.
Herb Pharm ‘Juniper Berry Extract’ (https://reverendwanda.com/product-page/#row8) will clean the bladder and may wash out the bacteria quickly.
Gaia ‘Usnea Uva Ursi Supreme’ (https://reverendwanda.com/product-page/#row8) is my personal favorite remedy for washing out the bacteria and inflammation in the kidneys and bladder.
Externally, organic Myrrh (https://reverendwanda.com/product-page/#row8) has anti-bacterial properties and may be used diluted as a wash to help reduce the irritation.
When the infection gets worse and turns into Interstitial Cystitis (IC) or ‘painful bladder syndrome’, which is a chronic condition where inflammation spreads into the muscles causing pain in the bladder walls, then we must use the powerful remedies that work deeper into the tissues.
Common food triggers that may aggravate IC are spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, sugar, artificial sweeteners, fruit (especially citrus), tomatoes, vinegar, pickled foods, caffeine drinks, carbonated drinks, and alcohol. Elimination of these foods and drinks may help, but if they don’t then it might be helpful to saturate the body with remedies that kill bacteria.
Many find relief with Colloidal Silver (https://reverendwanda.com/product-page/) which strips the skin off the walls of unhealthy bacteria reducing inflammation inside the muscle walls. I understand that up to 1 ounce a day taken orally will not kill good bacteria nor will it turn the skin blue.
It may come as a surprise to hear that raw ginger helps relieve the symptoms of IC especially when the inflammation is related to a circulatory problem. I like to peel the ginger and chop it into a hot cup of boiling water and drink it as a tea.
Sometimes, pelvic floor exercises have helped many to relax the bladder, so urine flows freely. This works great if someone has a constriction in their bladder from a sedentary job and the stretching of the pelvic floor muscle help to relax the bladder reducing tension.
I have watched Naturopathic doctors fill their client’s bladders with ozone which is called a bladder instillation. After wiping the opening of the urethra with an antiseptic, a small bladder catheter is inserted into the bladder through the urethra. Then 60cc’s of medical grade ozone (2 ounces) is administered through the tube. This can help relieve muscle spasms, inflammation, and infection in the bladder to improve urination. Ozone inside the bladder is said not to be painful.
Another technique I have seen is a bladder cocktail using DMSO (https://www.amazon.com/DMSO-Bottle-99-995-Dimethyl-Sulfoxide/dp/B01BSYQ0XC) or horse liniment. Dimethyl Sulfoxide or DMSO is the only FDA approved bladder instillation used specifically for IC since 1978. It relieves bladder pain, relaxes the bladder walls/pelvic muscles, depletes the levels of a substance ‘P’ from bladder nerves and breaks down scar tissue from damage in the bladder walls.
Chronic UTI’s/IC’s are asking our bodies to look at everything in our life that is making us ‘pissed off’ or feeding the bacteria and the pen is mightier than the sword. Writing in a notebook with blank paper may be the most healing activity we can do for a UTI or IC. The physical act of placing one hand on the pain and with the other hand write out everything that is felt just may release the source of the infection and unblock the entire pelvic floor.
