There is a peptide called STAT6-IP that has shown to decrease allergens quickly with no side effects when used as nose drops but it is still being researched and it cost about $200-$900 for a tiny vial. Ouch!!! I plan on doing a research project when it comes available.
In the meantime, we can use a few natural gifts from Mother Nature to prevent, reduce, and reverse allergens in our bodies.
First, let us look at what causes allergies or histamines. The digestive system may become weak by ingesting foods, drugs, and drinks that cannot be broken down or absorbed as a nutrient in the stomach or intestines. It is wise to avoid red meats, fried foods, soda, processed foods, fatty breakfasts, coffee, chocolate, acidic foods, refined grains, added sugars, additives, sweet juices, GMO foods, cereal, white bread, and alcohol.
In addition, we may breathe dust, mold, pollen, pesticides, and chemicals which trigger sneezing but when they get into the lungs, it creates symptoms such as coughing or asthma. Even the skin can get irritated if we touch these things which produce red bumps or rashes. This is an indication the body has too many internal histamines which may cause external inflammatory symptoms.
Many natural compounds are being investigated and used for the potential to decrease allergens in the body.
Quercetin– is a plant flavonoid and antioxidant that strengthens the cell wall thus reducing the histamine release from the cell.
Vitamin A–Vitamin A plays a vital role in bone growth, reproduction, and immune system health. It also helps the skin and mucous membranes repel bacteria and viruses more effectively. It is essential to healthy vision and may slow declining retinal function in people with retinitis pigmentosa.
Vitamin C–also known as ascorbic acid is found in citrus fruits, acerola, and Camu Camu, and may boost the immune system by attacking the nucleic acid of the virus. This antioxidant vitamin fights with bacteria and helps to build the immune system.
Zinc–Scientists determined in human cell culture and animal studies that a protein lures zinc into key cells that are first-responders against infection. The zinc then interacts with a process that is vital to the fight against infection and by doing so helps balance the immune response.
Grape Seed-Used throughout Europe to prevent and treat a variety of health conditions, grape seed extract is a powerful antioxidant that can be used to benefit the body in many ways. Grape seed has antioxidant, antiallergenic, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties and it can be instrumental in helping the body fight viruses, allergens, and carcinogens.
Nettles–Although known for its stinging properties, the nettle plant has been used in traditional medicine as a diuretic, antispasmodic, and expectorant, as well as in the treatment of asthma. The juice is purported to stimulate hair growth when applied to the scalp. Extracts of the leaves have been used topically for the treatment of rheumatic disorders. The tender tips of young nettles have been used as a cooked herb in salads. Claims of activity against diabetes, eczema, rheumatism, hair loss, and aging have not been substantiated. Other folk medicine applications include wound healing, treatment of scalp seborrhea and greasy hair, and gastric juice secretion. Nettles are considered to be nourishing plants and have been used to treat scurvy.
Rather than using all of the above separately, it might be helpful to use them in a combination called Country Life ‘Allermax’ and follow the directions on the bottle. (Please check with your doctor before using this or any nutrient to help with allergens or histamins.)
Peptides: Powerful Regeneration Proteins
Previously, I have written about BCP-157 peptide capsules called ‘Unbreakable’ by Hydrapharm and a nasal spray by Peptides Direct ‘BCP-157 & TB-500’: https://direct-peptides.com/
In addition to the previous peptides, I have been experimenting with the peptide ‘LL-37’ from Direct Peptide which is a multifunctional host defense peptide. Research has shown this unique peptide may be helpful in broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity with bacteria, enveloped viruses, fungi, and biofilm formation.
“This cationic peptide (with an a-helical structure) can bind the membranes of bacteria and enveloped viruses, polymerize on membrane surfaces and cause membrane disruption, killing invading organisms. In recent years, it has become evident LL-37 possesses numerous functions aside from its anti-microbial activity; many of which are immunomodulatory”
(I need to inform you that these Peptides need to be used with a regeneration specialist that is trained in peptides so please consult with your medical doctor before using any of the information above.)
Mother Nature Gardening Tips:
Spring is on its way, so I sprinkled a mixture of Manure, Ironite, Biochar, and Kelp liberally in the garden, around the flowers, bushes, and trees to provide nourishment so they grow strong and healthy.
I am fascinated with Biochar which is made from charcoal. When it is mixed with the soil, it creates a nutrient-rich environment where microscopic pockets form to hold healthy bacteria. Some believe biochar could be a global warming game changer as it balances the PH of the soil, reduces the need for fertilizers, and help plants to utilize the minerals from the soil.
I encourage everyone to grow their own non-GMO and pesticide-free vegetables or get out to the local, organic farms in your area to pick and eat fresh, organic vegetables to keep your bodies healthy.
I walked by a shop last Sunday and I read a sign that stated ‘We’ve Gone Cashless’ on the window! Is this what the pandemic has brought about? They were kind enough to inform the reader that they could pay with their in-app credit card or Apple Pay. While I stood there, I morphed into the future into 2024 and saw ‘Bitcoin’ on the list of payment options along with Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
I am watching more alternative banking systems emerge and Xapo Bank Gibraltar Ltd is Europe’s first physical cryptocurrency bank, and one of the forerunners of the quiet, yet life-changing revolution that is fully operational. https://www.xapo.com/
Crypto: Blockchain’s Bank-Less Future
I see mid-April as the window that kicks off a rise in the world of crypto as well as the economy. This month, I have chosen ‘Litecoin’ on Coinbase which is the easiest exchange to navigate, to see how this crypto would perform. I have researched ‘Litecoin’ and it appears to be a spinoff of Bitcoin. It was created by Charlie Lee, a former Google engineer, who intended Litecoin to be a lighter form of Bitcoin. Its main benefit comes from its speed and cost-effectiveness. Litecoin transactions are typically confirmed in minutes, and transaction fees are low.
Since cryptos are the money of the future, I am seeing them as an investment right now, so I only put in what I feel ok to lose as it is a form of gambling. I am also a ‘Hodler’ or holder and plan on using crypto to retire.
Special announcement: PayPal just announced they will allow their users to checkout with Crypto and automatically convert it to currency. Visa just processed a cryptocurrency payment directly on the Ethereum blockchain and Bitcoin has come out with its own global ATM machines which are a sign of increased adoption of digital currencies by the old-guard financial industry.
If you feel this information has been beneficial, please feel free to share it with your friends.
Until next month, have a happy and blessed Easter!
